Diagnosing and repairing your computer has never been easier.  Our
technicians can remotely access your system from anywhere and tell you
exactly what's going on.  We utilize a user-friendly application that allows
us to get into your system and diagnose, clean up, remove or quarantine
viruses, etc.


To download the application,


Once you have accessed the website, login with the email address  --  
lcds.support@gmail.com / password -- customer

You will then see the My Computers screen.  At this point you will see on
the left side --Add Computer

Click Add Computer.  On the Add Computer screen you will see a button
labeled install Logmein.  Click this button.  

Now the program is installing the software that will allow our technicians to
access your system.
